Highlife veteran, Ofori Amponsah, says the late Kofi B, devalued his brand by accepting as low as GHS2000 from event organisers he had already charged GHS20000 from.
According to the 2006 Ghana Music Awards Artist of the Year, the action by Kofi B was a stab in the back as he played the most important role in supporting and launching Kofi B’s career in music and they had songs together.
Ofori Amponsah said he wrote almost all of Kofi B’s hit songs, including debut Mmobrowa, which was released in the year 2000.
