This is not the first time MzVee has spoken about her relationship with her former Lynx Entertainment label mates but it appears some people are not convinced that she is on good terms with Kuami Eugene and KiDi.
Speaking to blogger Sammy Kay, she said she does not have the phone numbers of KiDi and Kuami Eugene but she hits them up on SnapChat if need be.
Asked why she unfollowed Kuami Eugene on social media, she responded that she did it when she went through depression.
“When I was going through that phase. I unfollowed a lot of people, including Berla Mundi. I called to tell her I unfollowed her, but when I became okay. I followed back those I unfollowed, but I couldn’t remember all the people I unfollowed because they were many,” MzVee said.

A few months ago, Kuami made allusions to the fact that she wrote most of MzVee’s hit songs when she was at Lynx Entertainment. His comment was precipitated by a statement MzVee made in an interview with Zionfelix that she had enjoyed the fame Kuami had, that it was not right for anyone to compare them.
This Zion’s question on MzVee’s relationship with Kuami was premised on a video posted on social media where MzVee forgot to acknowledge the presence of Kwame Eugene and eventually classified him as a ‘New artiste’.
“I feel like comparing new to old is a bit tricky, because I have enjoyed the craze that Kwame Eugene is enjoying today. I’ll be celebrating my 10th year in 2022, and I don’t think you can even compare the two of us”, she added.
The two artistes were both signees on Lynx Entertainment until MzVee left the record label in 2018. The two musicians have two songs together titled “Rewind” and “Bend down”.
