Veteran broadcaster, Kwesi Kyei Darkwah, aka KKD has says Ghanaian rapper, Sarkodie, is second to none when it comes to rap music.
According to KKD, Sarkodie is the best rapper in the whole world.
He made the statement when he met Sarkodie during the listening session for King Promise’s 5Star album.
KKD added that he admires Sarkodie for his creative use of the Akan language as well as his consistency in the music industry over the past decade.

“The story you tell, the advice you’re giving, the uplifting you are giving to people in the culture. People should learn the language you are speaking so that they can hear the power of your words.”
He suggested to Sarkodie that instead of explaining his lyrics in other languages, he should rather leave the interpretation of his songs for people to unravel.
“But those who love the craft must ask for people to translate it for them. Sarkodie, you are great, I love you. You shouldn’t die before you get your flout. You are still young, but you are a genius. I love you, brother,” he said.
