Edward Asafu Adjaye, affectionately known as “Deezydothis” was in the thick of Twitter trends last week after a couple of girls accused him of making sexual advances toward them on social media.
Following that, a TwitterSpaces called #OurExperiences was created, where more girls shared their awful experiences with him.

Many netizens would call for the boycott of Afrochella if the festival didn’t disassociate itself from the alleged sexual predator, where he serves as Co-founder and President.
The organisers of Afrochella have now confirmed that all of the allegations are being investigated. It also stated that Deezy has resigned from his position as CEO of Afrochella while the internal investigations continue.
“As we conduct our internal review, Edward (Deezy) Asafu Adjaye will be stepping down from his leadership position and responsibilities at Afrochella effective immediately,” a portion of the statement stated.
