Gospel music veteran, Stella Seal, has urged her fans not to patronise fellow gospel singer Obaapa Christy’s 20th Anniversary Concert until Obaapa apologises properly for using her name to promote it without contacting her.
According to Stella Seal, Obaapa Christy’s earlier apology and explanation that she wanted to honour her, was rather disrespectful and thus demands a better apology from her.
Speaking in an interview on Accra-based Neat FM, Stella Seal referred to Obaapa’s posture as rude, and advised her to render a better apology.
“She is a kid. She didn’t get proper training and upbringing. I need to discipline her. What the hell? How can you celebrate your veterans and be this rude and disrespectful?”
She adds “if you are going to buy a ticket because of me and Tagoe Sisters, don’t go. She needs to apologise properly and do the needful.”
