Afropop superstar, Patoranking, says he was working in a restaurant before making his big breakthrough in the music industry.
According to him, he was 17 years old when he decided to travel from Nigeria to Ghana to work and make ends meet.
Speaking about his career journey on YFM, Patoranking disclosed that he gained admission to the University of Cape Coast (UCC) but dropped out over high fees charged by the institution for international students.
He said his decision from Nigeria to Ghana Accra was because he wanted to explore other opportunities outside his home country, Nigeria.
“I came to Ghana when I was 17 years and I used to be working at the Accra Mall. I was working at a restaurant directly opposite Frankies at the time,” he said.
