Ghanaian artiste Black Sherif could not win the Best International Flow award at this year’s BET Hip Hop Awards.
At the award ceremony held last night, French Rapper Benjamin Epps won the slot.
The musician beat off competition from Ghana’s Black Sheriff, Central Cee from the UK, Blxckie (South Africa), Haviah Mighty (Canada), Knucks (the UK), Le Juiice (France), Nadia Nakai (Zimbabwe), and Tasha & Tracie (Brazil).

Ghanaian rapper Sarkodie became the first winner of the category in the maiden edition of the awards in 2019, beating Falz (Nigeria), Ghetts (the U.K.), Kalash (France), Lil Simz (U.K.), Nasty C (South Africa) and Tory Lanez (Canada).
Meanwhile, Black Sherif has unveiled the cover art for his much-anticipated debut album, titled, ‘ The Villain I Never Was’.
The album will be released tomorrow.
This comes off after an impressive global charting year with singles like Second Sermon Remix, Kwaku The Traveller, and recently, Soja.
