Black Sherif is in hot waters as his rumoured high school sweetheart’s family summons him for making a song about her.
Black Sherif’s new song, titled, Oh Paradise which is believed to be a tribute to his late girlfriend, Clementina Kunadu, has gone viral since its release on October 4, 2022.
Clementina’s father, Clement Kofi Adu Bofuor, in an interview with Kumasi-based video blogger, Abro, said that he believes Black Sherif is disrespecting the memory of his late daughter.
He also states that he had no idea that the musician had a love relationship with his daughter while they were both students of Kumasi Academy.
“I have never met Black Sherif and I don’t know anything about his relationship with my daughter. I only heard that he has made a song about my daughter’s death and claiming to be her boyfriend. He has to come before us and answer questions, because he is using our daughter’s name to make money through his music.”
He further added that Black Sherif never appeared at the funeral grounds of his daughter when she was laid in state hence does not believe they dated or had any relationship with her.
He further called unto Black Sherif to come clean on his supposed relationship with her daughter or will be forced to take him on because he might have a hand in the death of his late daughter.
