Hiphop superstar Akon thinks Black Sherif is hot!
He told BBC Radio 1Xtra that he was highly-impressed when he first heard Black Sherif’s music because the 22-year-old’s voice reminded him of himself.
According to him, he would like to sign ‘Blacko’ if there is no major label handling him.
Akon said there was no doubt that Black Sherif was onto something big because he could hear the sorrow, hunger, and suffering in his voice.
“I’m a huge fan of Black Sherif; he reminded me of the energy I had when I first came out; whenever he sings, you can literally hear the pain, struggle, and challenges in his voice.” he said.
Established in 2004, Akon’s Konvict Muzik, signed T-Pain, Lady Gaga, French Montana, P-Square, Wizkid, Demarco and others.
