Event organizer, Nana Rex, has criticized Lasmid for charging him GHS40,000.
The “Friday Night” artist, according to Nana Rex, is not worth the amount he demanded for the show.
Rex claimed that Lasmid’s music catalogiue is limited to only a few songs, including his breakthrough hit song titled, Friday Night.
No Ghanaian musician, according to Rex organizer, deserves to be paid as high as Shatta Wale, Stonebwoy, and Sarkodie.
He called on artistes and artist managers to consider events organizers as partners in promoting their music, and forge closer ties for the benefit of both parties.
