Talented Highlife musician, Eldah Naa Abiana Dickson better known Abiana justified why she won the Best Female Vocal Performer award at the 2021 Vodafone Ghana music Awards after putting up a resounding live band performance at ‘the Citiuation outdoor party’.
Noted for her resplendent fashion sense, Abiana who was clad in beautiful apparel, at the time the enthusiasm at the venue looked tiresome, restarted the entire ceremony where she thrilled patrons with back-to-back hit songs from songs produced in the eighties.
Her technique on the microphone and how she controlled the band was simply top-notch.
The peak of the Soul-life, Hi-life and the Neo Soul musician’s master-class performance was when she took a break to interact with patrons. It was really refreshing to watch her.
Though artists like Vanilla and Praye also did so well, the ‘Adun lie ‘ crooner’s performance shall go down as the performance on the night.
Abiana was adjudged the Best Female Vocal Performer at the 2021 Vodafone Ghana Music Awards. She is known for songs such as ‘Adun lie’ and Shika.
