Veteran highlife musician Nana Acheampong says he has no problem with his former bandmate, Daddy Lumba.
There were reports that the two singers were no longer ‘cool’ with each other since their group, Lumba Brothers, disbanded over 3 decades ago
However, during a musical concert organized at the Grand Arena of the Accra International Conference Center by Kafam dubbed “The Legends Night”, the two friends were seen together on the stage performing one of their old songs.
Nana Acheampong disclosed that their split was based on mutual understanding and not because they had issues.
“I don’t know why people think the Lumba Brothers still have issues. Lumba is a good friend of mine. I have 30 albums, and he has more than 30 albums, so tell us which other musician is entertaining Ghanaians more than us”?
