Renowned African Christian music minister, praiser, and worship leader, Perez Musik on Sunday, February 19, put up an astounding performance during the first phase of this year’s edition ‘Awake Experience With Diana Hamilton’ musical concert.
The ‘Awake Experience with Diana Hamilton’ is a gospel music concert organized by multiple award-winning Gospel songstress, Diana Hamilton that started in 2014 in London with Ghana hosting its first edition in 2016.
The first phase of this year’s event that took place at the Perez Dome in Accra had a mammoth attendance and the patrons were superb.
Artistes who performed on the night included Diana Hamilton,Perez Musik, Ohemaa Mercy, Joe Mettle, Bernice Panford, Perez Musik and Celestine Donkor.
Amongst all these performances, the artist who really sent the whole auditorium into a state of frenzy is Perez Musik.
Immediately the MC for the night , Fiifi Folson introduced Perez Musik on stage to perform, there were clamorous Cheers from the patrons.
He took to the stage in his well-designed all-white African apparel and did not exert much energy while performing his songs as fans grasped each one of them and owned it.
His combination with the band, technique on the microphone and his interaction with the tumultuous crowd were a delight to watch. He spent twenty minutes on stage during which he classically performed all his hit songs.
The peak of his ‘legendary’ performance was when political gurus such as Sam George, Sammy Gyamfi and Betty Mould-Iddrisu were spotted singing along while performing his monster hit song ‘Hewale Lala’.
It was extremely refreshing to see the ‘Hewale Lala ‘ crooner deliver such a spirited performance to the admiration of all.
The second phase of this year’s ‘Awake Experience With Diana Hamilton’ Concert will take place in Kumasi at the Bantama Church of Pentecost on February 26 .
Piesie Esther, Moses OK, ACP Kofi Sarpong and Ceccy Twum together with Diana Hamilton are artistes to enthral patrons with dazzling performances on the night.
