Ghanaian actress Lydia Forson has slammed media houses over their way and style of reporting for some events.
The funeral of the late Christian Atsu Twasam took place at the forecourt of the State House where loved ones were gathered to pay their last respect and during the event, a reporter from Adom TV asked one of the children of the late footballer how he was feeling about the death of his father.
The Adom FM’s presenter has received a lot of backlash over her question by a lot of Ghanaians
However, the Ghallywood actress who is not enthused with the Adom FM’s presenter has also taken to her Twitter page to drag media houses over some unprofessionalism they portray sometimes during their reporting on events.
She tweeted, “Funerals are not concerts or for entertainment! Reporters should learn some decorum in how they cover and engage with mourners! How do you ask someone if they’re “sad”?! And shoving cameras in people’s faces and not giving them even a moment of privacy. Like?!!
