Investigation into the death of Kambilichukwu, the son of popular Nigerian actor, Yul Edochie has begun by the Lagos State Police Command.
Kambilichukwu died on Wednesday, March 29, two months after his parents, the veteran actor and May Edochie, celebrated his 16th birthday. He reportedly developed a seizure while playing football which led to his death.
“After his exam in school, he joined his mates to play football and that’s when he developed a seizure and was rushed to Mother and Child Hospital.All efforts by the doctors to resuscitate him proved unproductive”. A member of the family revealed.
However, the state’s Police Public Relations Officer, SP Benjamin Hundeyin, speaking to the Daily Post regarding the issue, divulged that the veteran actor has reported the death of his son to the police.
