The Ghana Police service has arrested four people for attacking police personnel in the Western Region over an alleged extortion case.
The video was reportedly taken at a Galamsey site in the Western Region.
In the video, the officers were allegedly extorting money from the suspects, who got furious and later turned on the officers.
The video was shared by many on social media and the Ghana Police service was called to attention.
An update from the police indicates that the said people have been arrested and also a police investigation has begun over the alleged case of extortion.
