It is the time for gospel singer, Piesie Esther as she emerged as Best Gospel Artiste at the 24th Vodafone Ghana Music Awards (VGMA) a few hours after winning Gospel Song of the Year.
Piesie Esther had seven nominations including the prestigious Artiste of the Year category.
She expressed in an interview that she will be disappointed if she doesn’t win the Artiste of the Year award.
She is strongly up against Black Sherif who is highly tipped to win the prestigious Artiste of the Year award.
Her other competitors for the Best Gospel Artiste included Joe Mettle, Diana Hamilton, Celestine Donkor, and MOG Music.
