Ghanaian rapper Sarkodie and Canadian singer Justin Bieber sparked a frenzy on social media after they were seen chatting at Drake’s concert in New York.
The two shook hands and exchanged pleasantries, leading many fans to speculate that they might collaborate on a song.

Meanwhile, the DMV Party in the Park is back for its second year, and this year’s lineup is even more star-studded.
The festival will take place on Sunday, July 23rd at Joseph Hensley Park in Alexandria, Virginia.
