Ghanaian actor Prince David Osei has opened up about his journey to stardom, revealing that he faced a lot of backstabbing and hatred from industry insiders who did not want him to succeed.
The famous Ghanaian actor, who has starred in films such as “The Dead” and “Fortune Island,” said that he was often made to feel unwelcome in the industry and that his roles were sometimes taken away from him because of his perceived lack of qualifications.
“I felt unwanted in the movie industry..”there was this feeling like ‘where is he coming from?’ I felt that bad energy but all the victimization kept me going.”
Despite the challenges he faced, Osei said that he never gave up on his dreams. He credits his success to his eagerness and drive to succeed, as well as the support of his fans and mentors.
“It’s all about you attracting people…don’t give up when you come face to face with these kind of people who would sabotage you in the industry.” He advised
