Self-acclaimed Ghanaian Dancehall King, Shatta Wale once again proved why he is regarded as the current best stage performer in Ghana with his world-class performance at the Ghana Music Awards UK (GMAUK).
The GMAUK, which celebrated the best and brightest of Ghanaian talent on October 7, 2023, in London, saw Shatta Wale win all five categories he was nominated for, including the coveted Artiste of the Year award.
One of the most memorable moments of the night was Shatta Wale’s exciting performance, which included a master-class entrance onto the stage.
The “Ayoo” hitmaker descended from the roof while enchanting the audience with a rendition of his hit song “My Level.”
His performance was met with thunderous applause from the audience, who were clearly thrilled by his energy and stage presence.
Patrons who spoke with GhanaWeekend after the event applauded the organizers for hiring Shatta Wale.
