Legendary Nollywood actor, Kanayo O. Kanayo has issued a stern warning and criticism against TikToker VeryDarkman, and writer Reno Omokri for chasing clout with Mr Ibu who came out to seek public support for his health.
It would be recalled that Mr Ibu had called for national prayers and support regarding his health. A video of him which had garnered great pity had shown the comic act in a hospital bed, speaking about his condition.
Reacting to Mr Ibu’s predicament, Reno Omori called on Peter Obi to help him since the sick veteran actor had campaigned for the politician.
VeryDarkman also labelled the Mr Ibu’s video as “an embarrassing display”.
Kanayo O. Kanayo, who was not enthused by the comments made by the two, berated them by emphasising that “everyone has the right to seek public help when they can no longer support themselves”.
He warned them not to chase clout with the name and condition of his colleague to stay relevant.
