RuffTown Records’ signee Wendy Shay brought joy to children and staff at the Korle Bu Paediatric Theatre with a heartwarming performance and generous donations on Tuesday, February 20, 2024.
As part of her Shay Foundation’s mission to give back to society, Wendy Shay donated baby cots, and digital scales, and even covered the hospital bills of mothers who delivered on her birthday.
But the true highlight was her performance for the young patients and their caregivers. The atmosphere lit up as the RuffTown Records’ signee belted out her popular tunes, with the acapella rendition of her hit song “Heat” being a special treat.
Seeing the children, despite their challenges, singing along was a truly touching moment.
