Nigerian music sensation Adedamola Adefolahan, better known as Fireboy DML, has revealed that he declined several offers from well-established artists before ultimately signing with Olamide’s label.
The ‘Body and soul’ hitmaker shared that prior to joining YBNL Nation, he had opportunities to collaborate with top-tier artists, a clear indication of his growing influence in the music industry.
However, Fireboy chose a less conventional path, deciding to align his artistic vision with Olamide, a decision that has undoubtedly proven successful.
Speaking in a recent interview with Billboard News in Los Angeles, the crooner explained that he embraced Olamide’s offer because he believed it was “the right decision” for his career.
