Comedian Funny Face has taken responsibility for his current struggles in life, admitting that his poor choices have contributed to his challenges.
The comedian has been granted bail after a near-fatal accident in Kasoa on Sunday, March 24 2023, around 8 pm. His car struck several pedestrians at Kasoa’s Kakraba Junction injuring three people in the process.
Following the accident, Funny Face who was arrested and held in police custody appeared in court on March 26, 2024, at the Kasoa-Akweley District Court where he was remanded for two weeks.
The Court on Tuesday, April 9, granted the ”Cow & Chicken” bail in the sum of GHC120,000 with two sureties.
Speaking in an interview with Kofi TV, Funny Face stated that while he acknowledges the existence of evil forces in the world, he refuses to blame them for his problems.
“Whatever I am going through now is a result of my bad choices. I won’t blame evil forces for this, I will blame myself for the challenges I’m facing. I’m the major factor of my problem, I’m the major cause of my problems and in all, I take full responsibility for my actions and inactions. I have caused all these and I’m begging the people of Ghana to forgive me.”
Although he acknowledges that Ghanaians may have grown tired of him, he remains positive that he will be able to regain their love and support with time.
