Hiplife Legend, Barima Sidney has disclosed that he’ll be the first to join Yvonne Nelson’s Dumsor Vigil demonstration because ‘Dumsor’ persists.
According to Sidney, he participated in the 2016 edition of the Dumsor Must Stop demonstration because it was affecting everyone.
“First of all Yvonne Nelson has written a letter to the public inviting everyone and those of us who supported the first Dumsor Vigil,” he remarked on Cape Coast’s Property FM.
“And I told her that Yvonne I’m telling you I’ll be the first person to be there if this Dumsor Vigil is going to happen, I’ll be the first to arrive there.
“Because we went there to do Dumsor must stop some years ago because ‘Dumsor’ was affecting us in those days and today no one can tell me that there’s no ‘Dumsor’ again.
“Dumsor is still happening in my locality and I know what we’re going through so today if something like this is happening you can’t tell us to keep quiet and not say anything about it.
He added, “So if there’s anything like that coming up I’ll be the first person to match for this thing to stop so that one I’ll be involved”.
