Controversial Nigerian singer Portable has weighed in on the debate about who earns more between musicians and footballers.
He said musicians earn significantly more than soccer stars, claiming that music is a lucrative business.
The ‘Zazzu’ crooner also stated that singers make more money than ritualists and fraudsters, citing Apple Music revenue as an example.
Portable confidently asserted that musicians are at the top of the earnings scale, dismissing claims that footballers earn more.
He said in a video: “Music money is bigger than football money. Music is business. Musicians earn more than ritualists and fraudsters. Apple Music’s revenue is huge. Footballers can’t compete.
