Celebrated gospel songstress Diana Asamoah had her phone allegedly stolen while performing at the unveiling ceremony of Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh also known as NAPO.
The event, held at Jubilee Park in Kumasi on Tuesday, July 9, was to introduce NAPO as the New Patriotic Party’s vice presidential candidate alongside Dr Bawumia for the 2024 election.
During her performance, Diana Asamoah who is an ardent member of the ruling party was briefly distracted and her phone was allegedly stolen.
She abruptly stopped what she was doing, visibly distraught and announced that her phone had been stolen.
All attempts by GhanaWeekend to reach the Gospel Diva to ascertain whether she was able to get her phone back have so far proven unproductive.
