Legendary Ghanaian actor Kingsley Kojo Kyeremateng, better known as Ajos has revealed how his popularity led to an embarrassing incident of defecating in his car.
Ajos recounted a particularly humbling experience thirty years ago when he was in a rather compromising situation.
On an errand to Accra UTC, he suddenly felt the urgent need to use the restroom. But as soon as he stepped out of his car, he was greeted by an eager fan.
Instead of being able to address his pressing needs, he was bombarded with questions and compliments, all while trying to maintain his composure.
“I couldn’t look around because there were a lot of people in the vicinity all looking at me and trying to talk to me,” Ajos recalled.
With no public toilet in sight and the crowd’s eyes on him, he faced a dilemma that many might find humorous in hindsight, but for Ajos, it was a moment of vulnerability.
“I had to do it inside my car, in the front seat and drive home. So being popular is not good at times,” he lamented.
