Jamaican Dancehall superstar Vybz Kartel has proposed to his long-time girlfriend Sidem Öztürk, marking a significant milestone in their relationship.
Before the proposal, Kartel showed his supporters how happy he was by flashing the engagement ring.
In a video posted on Instagram, Vybz Kartel reflected on his relationship with Sidem, proclaiming her as his wife.
“You were there when I needed you most and I’ll never leave you, baby,” he wrote, expressing deep appreciation for Öztürk’s consistent support, both through his legal battles and emotional struggles.
Kartel recalled how her visits and calls kept him grounded while he was in prison, adding, “We laughed together, we cried together, and now we celebrate together.”
“You’re my best friend and my companion and I pray to God we stay together for as long as I Live. I Love you, baby,” Kartel wrote.
