Outspoken Ghanaian actress Lydia Forson has expressed disdain over how Ghanaians are complaining about the same things they complained about under the John Dramani Mahama-led administration.
According to the celebrated actress, it is shocking that eight years after John Dramani Mahama, there seems to have been no change in the country’s governance.
Lydia Forson made this point in a social media post, indicating that the country’s future seems uncertain.
“I’m genuinely in shock because we’re complaining about the same things we did 10 years ago. Are we the problem? Because how are we still complaining about the same things?”
Adding that “It’s like some of you don’t remember 2014,2015- the demonstrations, think pieces (mine included)etc. You don’t remember the pressure we mounted on Mahama. It’s hard to believe years later that we’re back here again, only this time it’s NPP in the hot seat. How did this happen?”
