Ghana’s premier music festival, Manifestivities, will triumphantly return on December 22, 2024, promising an even grander and more electrifying experience than ever before.
Organised by celebrated rapper Kwame Ametepee Tsikata, better known as M.anifest, the festival, set to take place at the Ghud Park in Accra, will immerse attendees in a celebration of Hip-Hop music and culture.
Manifestivities 2024 will take guests on an exhilarating journey through the roots of this iconic genre, tracing its origins from the streets of New York City to its profound influence on African music today.
From enchanting DJ sets to electrifying live performances, the festival will recreate some of the most remarkable moments in the history of Rap.
The event boasts an impressive lineup of globally recognized artistes who have significantly shaped the diverse landscape of Hip Hop.
Featuring a spectrum of styles, from classic boom-bap to contemporary trap, Manifestivities 2024 will showcase the full evolution of this dynamic genre.
Some of the artistes to mesmerised the stage with magnificent performances include contemporary Highlife star Kwabena Kwabena, Super Jazz Club and rap duo ShowDemCamp from Nigeria.
Past editions have featured surprise appearances by internationally acclaimed artistes such as Grammy-winning sensation Burna Boy and Sarkodie – adding an element of excitement and anticipation to the festival.
Speaking in an exclusive interview on Channel One TV’s ‘The Chat,’ M.anifest revealed that this year’s event could unexpectedly feature President-elect John Dramani Mahama and Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia.
