Premium Nigerian brand Berbie Beauty unveils its first flagship store in Lagos–an ultra-modern one-storey building–that will offer patrons direct access to the best of its high-quality athleisure collections. The grand opening drew a gathering of well-known names in the influencer and content creation community from Ghana to Nigeria. Among those present also were some former Big Brother housemates and other notable entrepreneurs, all in their numbers, to support Christiana Kayode, popularly known as Berbiedoll, in celebrating her latest milestone as CEO.
After months of extensive renovation, Lagos’ newest gem was ready to be shared with the world. Berbiedoll, CEO of the multi-dimensional brand, took to Instagram to share a montage of the journey thus far and a lengthy message of gratitude with her over 700,000 followers: “Walking through these doors, I see more than just a store, I see a place where dreams are nurtured and where the impossible becomes possible. Here’s to many more milestones, to new beginnings, endless possibilities, and to inspire others to chase their dreams with the same fervor, consistency, and determination.”
Barbie Beauty, a brand increasingly synonymous with athleisure in the country and beyond, was designed to inspire and promote confidence, style, and healthier living. “I wanted to create a brand that blends style and comfort, allowing people to look good and feel great whether they’re working out or just going about their day. The vision is to empower individuals to embrace an active lifestyle without compromising on style,” the internet personality says.
However, the new opening goes beyond its sleek athleisure offerings. The building also houses Berbie Beauty Studio, a state-of-the-art studio perfect for content creation, photoshoots, podcasts, and more. Additionally, it features a luxurious lounge for private events, making it the ultimate hub for fitness, style, and creativity. Visitors can expect a welcoming atmosphere exuding class and comfort. They can also look forward to other big announcements.
“There’s a lot more exciting news to come,” Berbiedoll revealed. “We have big plans for the future, like expanding our product line to include more innovative and sustainable materials. Additionally, we’re looking to open more stores in key locations to reach a wider audience. We’re also planning to collaborate with fitness influencers and host events that promote a healthy and active lifestyle.”
