The wait is finally over! The much-anticipated Explosion of Joy 2024, an iconic gospel event organised by the acclaimed Joyful Way Incorporated, is set to come off today, December 26, at the Accra International Conference Center (AICC).

Known for its soul-lifting worship experiences and transformative spiritual impact, this year’s event promises to be a night to remember, bringing together believers from all walks of life to glorify God under the compelling theme, Living Sacrifice.

Theme

The theme for this year’s event, Living Sacrifice, is deeply rooted in the scripture Romans 12:1-2, which calls believers to offer their lives to God as a ‘living, holy, and acceptable sacrifice.’ This profound message serves as a reminder of the Christian commitment to live a life pleasing to God by rejecting worldly conformities and embracing a life led by faith and renewal of the mind.

Archibald Coleman, a committee member of Explosion of Joy 2024, elaborated on the significance of this theme during an interview with Channel One TV’s Chris Kata on Christmas Day.

“Living sacrifice is basically dying for the world and making yourself alive for Christ to us you and the theme is centred on Romans 12:1-2,” Archibald Coleman explained.

Performing Artistes

The Explosion of Joy 2024 is set to feature an exceptional lineup of gospel musicians, headlined by the award-winning Diana Hamilton.

Renowned for her powerful vocals and anointed worship sessions, Diana Hamilton is expected to lead attendees into a profound encounter with God through her heartfelt performances.

Adding to the spiritual fervor are two dynamic gospel groups, Team Eternity Ghana and Rebirth Ghana. Known for their energetic praise and deeply rooted worship, these groups are sure to uplift the hearts of attendees with their powerful ministrations.

Together, these artistes will create an atmosphere filled with joy, hope, and divine connection, ensuring a truly transformative experience.

Time

To cater to the growing enthusiasm and demand for the event, Explosion of Joy 2024 will feature two separate shows. The first session begins at 2:00 PM, designed to accommodate families and early-bird worshippers.

The second session, commencing at 6:30 PM, promises a serene yet energetic worship experience under the night skies. Both sessions are carefully curated to ensure no attendee leaves without a personal encounter with God.

Rates

The event’s organisers have thoughtfully structured ticket prices to make this spiritual feast accessible to individuals, couples, and groups.

A single ticket costs GH¢150, while couples can enjoy a discounted rate of GH¢250. For larger groups, a special package of five tickets is available at GH¢600, encouraging families and friends to experience this momentous event together.
