In a post shared on Instagram, Winfrey expressed gratitude for another year, crediting her parents, Vernon and Vernita, for bringing her into the world. She recalled being raised by her grandmother during her formative years, describing it as a time that shaped her deeply.
“She gave me my life’s greatest gift. She taught me I was God’s child. ‘All things are possible,’ she would tell me, and I believed her,” she wrote.

Looking back on her childhood, she acknowledged the significance of her experiences, noting how every decision shapes one’s path. “Now I know, every breath, every choice defines the greater outcome,” she reflected. “You don’t become what you want, not even your greatest desires. “She collected all the letters and had them calligraphed and leather-bound,” she revealed, calling it her “new favorite book to savor and cherish forever.”
