At just eight years old, Khatoumi Ndebugri Isa, better known as Little Chef Kath, is taking the culinary world by storm with her infectious passion for cooking and baking.
This pint-sized chef, who began wielding a spatula at the tender age of three, credits her mother for sparking her love for the kitchen.
Now, with five years of experience under her apron, Kath is not just whipping up delicious dishes, she’s inspiring others to find joy in cooking.
“I love cooking and baking,” Kath said in an interview with Ghana Weekend on Thursday May 1. But her ambitions don’t stop at the stove. With big dreams on the horizon, she plans to become a model, a medical doctor, and a world-class chef.
Kath’s message to those hesitant to step into the kitchen is simple yet profound: “Cooking is fun!”
She encourages girls who shy away from knives, peppers, or sizzling oil to be brave and believe in themselves.
“If it doesn’t come out right, just keep trying,” she advises with the wisdom of a seasoned chef.
As Little Chef Kath prepares to turn nine this year, one thing is clear: her culinary journey is just beginning, and the world can’t wait to see what this young star cooks up next!
