Citi FM and Channel One TV have awarded the winners of their “A Scripture for Mama” initiative aimed at celebrating mothers.
The prize presentation ceremony took place at the Channel One TV premises following the successful conclusion of the contest, which attracted dozens of inspiring entries from across the country.
The competition invited participants to dedicate a Bible verse and a short message to their mothers or mother figures, highlighting their spiritual and emotional influence.
The initiative formed part of Citi Fm and Channel One TV’s campaign to honour motherhood and reinforce family values in line with this year’s Mother’s Day celebrations.
Winners were selected based on creativity, emotional impact, and relevance of the scripture shared. They received a range of prizes, including gift hampers, branded merchandise, and recognition on Citi FM and Channel One TV’s platforms.
The “A Scripture for Mama Promotion” Mother’s Day competition was proudly sponsored by GTP, Veuve Du Vernay, and eVivi Foods, whose contributions helped make the celebration even more memorable for the winners and their families.
