Agya Koo Nimo expresses admiration for Shatta Wale

Ghanaian highlife legend Agya Koo Nimo has publicly shared his admiration for dancehall star Shatta Wale, praising his distinct approach to music and personality.

In a recent interview with media personality Kafui Dey, Agya Koo Nimo revealed that although he has never met Shatta Wale in person, he deeply appreciates his efforts to stand out in the industry.

“Shatta Wale I haven’t met him before, but I like him. You see, he tried to be different, to do different things,” Agya Koo Nimo stated in an interview with Kafui Dey.

The revered musician, known for his mastery of palm-wine music, expressed a heartfelt desire to meet Shatta Wale.

He shared that he has been thinking about inviting the dancehall icon just to see him, hold his hand, and personally express his admiration.

Agya Koo Nimo’s words highlight the impact Shatta Wale has had across generations, earning respect not only from fans but also from legendary figures in Ghanaian music.

As the video continues to gain attention, many are hopeful that the two icons will soon have the opportunity to meet and celebrate their mutual love for Ghanaian music.
