Ghanaian YouTuber and content creator, Kwadwo Sheldon, has threatened legal action against the management of his estate after his home was inundated following a heavy downpour in Accra.

The digital personality took to X (formerly Twitter) to express his outrage, sharing the extent of the damage and calling out what he described as negligence on the part of the estate developers or management.
In his post, Kwadwo Sheldon wrote: “This is on the estate and they are about to know what time it is in court.” The statement suggests his intention to initiate legal proceedings, holding the estate accountable for the flooding and the resulting damage to his property.
The incident occurred following intense rainfall that hit parts of the capital on Sunday, leading to flooding in several neighborhoods. Kwadwo Sheldon’s home was among those affected, prompting public discourse on the ongoing issues of poor drainage and infrastructure in residential areas, especially in newly developed estates.
