Ghanaian highlife legend Kojo Antwi will lay his mother to rest this weekend in Obo, Kwahu.

Kojo Antwi’s mother passed away a at a milestone age of 100, marking a full century of grace, strength, and love.
Sharing his sentiments, the music icon said:
“This weekend, we gather in Obo, Kwahu not just to mourn but to celebrate the life of my remarkable mother who lived a full century. A 100 years of grace, strength, and love. Rest well, Mama.”
The burial is expected to draw family, friends, fans, and well-wishers who will come together to honour her memory and support the celebrated musician during this period of loss.
Kojo Antwi, the “Mr. Music Man,” is one of Ghana’s most beloved musical figures, known for his soulful highlife hits and romantic ballads.
