The Lifestyle Hub and Beachfront Resort, a landmark tourism and investment project, has been officially unveiled at a press launch in Accra.
Set to be developed in Kokrobite, the project is a collaboration between the Lifestyle Group, Tuger Group, and their subsidiaries.
It aims to transform the coastal community into a premier destination with world-class recreational, hospitality, and lifestyle facilities.
Project leaders, including Dr. Oke Abioye, Group CEO of Lifestyle Group, and Dr. Samuel Twumasi, CEO of Tuger Group, described the initiative as a catalyst for economic growth and community upliftment.
They emphasised its potential to attract both local and international visitors while creating jobs and boosting local businesses.
Dignitaries present at the launch included a former Greater Accra Regional Minister Nii Laryea Afotey-Agbo and Member of Parliament for Bortianor-Ngleshie Amanfrom, Felix Akwetey Nii Okley.
Both commended the developers and pledged support for the project, citing its alignment with long-term development goals for the area.
Once completed, The Lifestyle Hub and Beachfront Resort is expected to elevate Kokrobite’s profile as a major tourist and investment hub, contributing significantly to the socio-economic development of the Bortianor-Ngleshie Amanfrom constituency.
