Presidential Staffer for the Black Star Experience, Rex Owusu Marfo popularly known as Rex Omar, has called for the establishment of a transparent and inclusive land tenure system anchored in fairness, tradition, and modern legality to drive sustainable prosperity for future generations.
He made this call at the launch of the 2025 Ghana Chieftaincy Awards held in Accra.
Rex Omar cautioned that, land disputes and an inequitable system pose a serious threat to national stability.
“Land is life, yet, disputes and inequitable system threatens our stability. Together, we must advocate for a transparent and inclusive land tenure system rooted in fairness, tradition and modern legality to unlock prosperity for generations to come,” he indicated.
He emphasised that, by harnessing the influence of chieftaincy, Ghana can attract ethical investments, revive cultural enterprises, and generate jobs that honour the country’s rich heritage while safeguarding its economic future.
