Michelle, daughter of Monica Owusu Ansah of gospel trio Daughters of Glorious Jesus, has tied the knot with her partner, King in a vibrant traditional ceremony in Kumasi.
In videos sighted by Ghana Weekend on social media, the bride radiated elegance in a stunning multi-coloured Kente ensemble, while her groom, King, looked dashing in his regal Kente cloth.
The bride’s mother, Monica, was equally resplendent, flanked by her fellow group members Cynthia Appiadu and Edna Sarpong, who held a heartfelt prayer session for Michelle before she walked down the aisle.
The bride’s father, Bishop Yaw Owusu Ansah, who serves as the Accra Regional Overseer of the Resurrection Power and Living Bread Ministries, adorned in rich Kente, was visibly emotional as he gave away his only daughter.
The colourful celebration, marked by the hashtags #AKingforMichelle25 and #OurJoyIsFull25, was filled with joy, as attendees beamed with happiness throughout the ceremony.
