Chiefs and elders of Tutu Akuapem have officially launched the 40th Anniversary celebration of the enstoolment of Nana Appiah Anti IV, Tutuhene and Atipimhene of Akuapem.

The celebration, scheduled for October 2025, will span a week under the theme: “Building on the Past, Shaping the Future,All Hands on Deck.”
At the media launch, Chairman of the 40th Anniversary Planning Committee, Tutu Mawerehene Akuffo Kwapong, highlighted the transformative leadership of Nana Appiah Anti IV, noting his contributions to development within the traditional area.
He revealed that as part of the anniversary activities, Nana Appiah Anti IV will spearhead the expansion of the Tutu Durbar Grounds and oversee the paving of alleys within the township.

The weeklong celebration will also coincide with this year’s Ohum Festival and includes a lineup of rich cultural and community-centered events:
