The President of RNAQ Holdings, Richard Nii Armah Quaye, has announced plans to expand the RNAQ food bank initiative to the Ashanti Region in a few weeks after its launch in Accra on Friday, August 1.

The project aims to combat food insecurity, especially among the youth in Ghanaian communities.

In Greater Accra, the food banks are located in Korlegono, Kasoa, Ashaiman, Odorkor, and Madina, where a Ghana Card grants free daily meals.

Speaking at the launch, Mr. Quaye shared his vision to establish similar initiatives across all other regions.

“In just a few weeks, the Ashanti Region will see the next phase of this dream come to life, and then, region by region, we will move until every part of this nation is touched.

“These food banks will open every single day, and through them, thousands of people will be fed daily. Every hot meal we serve says you are seen, you are valued, and you are not forgotten,” he stated.

Mr Quaye also pledged 90% of all his earnings from his businesses to this course.

“I have made a personal commitment that 90% of all income I earn from most of my businesses will be directed towards funding this course and all other major projects I intend to undertake. This is not charity, this is nation building,” he said.
