Internationally acclaimed Ghanaian reggae musician and activist, Rocky Dawuni, has once again taken his music and advocacy to the global stage with a performance at the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) General Meeting.
As a UNEP Goodwill Ambassador, the Grammy-nominated artiste used the platform to highlight the role of music in driving environmental awareness and action.
Rocky Dawuni’s performance served not only as entertainment but also as a reminder of the urgent need for global unity in tackling climate change, biodiversity loss, and other pressing environmental challenges.
Over the years, Dawuni has established himself as a voice for sustainability and social change, working closely with international organisations to promote environmental protection, peace, and cultural empowerment. His appearance at the UNEP General Meeting adds to his track record of representing Ghana and Africa on world stages through both music and advocacy.
