Global superstar Rihanna is celebrating a remarkable milestone  of 20 years in the music industry.

In a heartfelt message shared with fans, the Barbadian singer, business mogul, and cultural icon reflected on her journey, sacrifices, and the immense support system that has carried her through two decades of success.

“Twenty years ago, I left my country, my culture, my food, and my family to embark on a journey that started with the release of my very first body of music,” Rihanna wrote.

“So many of you were a part of my life and career since the very beginning, and some of you have joined the adventure along the way. I’m forever grateful.”

The Grammy Award-winning artiste, who has grown to become one of the best-selling musicians of all time, credited her loyal fans, hardworking teams, family, and industry professionals for their unwavering support.

“Thank you for the greatest first 20 years ever,” she expressed, acknowledging executives, DJs, writers, producers, choreographers, directors, fashion designers, photographers, journalists, brands, mentors, and many others who played a role in her rise to global stardom.

Rihanna, now equally celebrated for her groundbreaking Fenty Beauty and Savage X Fenty ventures, credited her faith for sustaining her through the journey: “I thank God, He’s been very generous to me and the glory belongs to Him.”

The celebration, tagged with the hashtag #R20, marks not just Rihanna’s musical legacy but also her transformation into one of the most influential figures in global pop culture. Fans worldwide have flooded social media with congratulatory messages, celebrating her enduring impact on music, fashion, and business.
