Afrobeats star Adekunle Gold has unveiled the tracklist for his upcoming album “FUJI,” set for release on October 3.
The project features 15 songs that reflect his personal journey, exploring themes of love, loss, identity, and life lessons.
The singer announced the tracklist in a statement on Instagram, urging fans to listen with “open ears” and connect with the emotions and stories before the featured artists are revealed on October 6.
“15 songs carefully crafted for your ears. I want you to experience the music with open ears first, feel the stories, the emotions, the journey,” he wrote.
Described as both a cultural statement and a personal body of work, “FUJI” fuses the richness of traditional Fuji sounds with the vibrancy of contemporary Afrobeats. Adekunle Gold has hinted that the project seeks to redefine Afrobeats while spotlighting indigenous Nigerian rhythms on the global stage.
The album is expected to reinforce Adekunle Gold’s reputation as one of Africa’s most innovative music voices.
