Ghanaian singer, music producer, and CEO of Lynx Entertainment, Richie Mensah, has been named a voting member of the 68th Grammy Awards by the Recording Academy.

Richie shared the exciting news on his official Instagram page on Monday October 6, expressing gratitude for the recognition and opportunity to contribute to one of the most prestigious award platforms in global music.

Over the years, Richie has made a significant impact on Ghana’s music industry. His record label, Lynx Entertainment, has nurtured and produced some of the country’s biggest stars, including MzVee, Kuami Eugene, KiDi, and DopeNation.

His dedication to discovering and mentoring young talent has helped shape the sound and success of modern Ghanaian music, making this Grammy recognition a well-deserved honor.

The Grammy Awards, established in 1959 by the Recording Academy, celebrate artistic excellence and outstanding achievements in the global music industry. It remains one of the highest honors for musicians, producers, and other industry professionals worldwide.

The nominations for the 68th Grammy Awards will be announced on November 7, 2025, with the main ceremony scheduled for February 1, 2026. Meanwhile, artistes across the globe have already begun submitting their works for consideration.

Richie’s inclusion as a voting member marks another proud moment for Ghana’s music industry on the international stage.
