The PIWC West-Hills auditorium was filled with worship, empowerment, and celebration on Saturday, November 22, 2025, as the Women’s Ministry of The Church of Pentecost, Weija Area, successfully held its maiden Virtuous Ladies Conference.

The event, themed “Unleashed for Impact: Virtuous Ladies Possessing Their Spheres” (Deut. 11:24; Acts 1:8), brought together young women from across the area for an evening of spiritual upliftment and purpose-driven guidance.

The programme featured spirit-filled ministrations, inspiring messages, choreography, and prayer sessions.

Guest Speaker: Deaconess Philomina Mereku—“The Exploit of the Unnamed Impact Lady”

The National Women’s Ministry Director, Deaconess Philomina Mereku, delivered the keynote message titled “The Exploit of the Unnamed Impact Lady.”

Drawing from 2 Kings 5:1–19, 20–27 and 1 Timothy 4:12, she highlighted the remarkable influence of the unnamed young Hebrew girl who redirected Naaman to his healing.

She emphasised key lessons from the girl’s character and impact:

1. Never be limited.
2. Recognise that God places you where you are for a purpose.
3. Never be afraid to talk about the gospel (2 Tim. 1:7).
4. Be courageous and humble.
5. Be brave.
6. Be faithful and bold.
7. Be a servant of God.
8. Walk in wisdom, even in youth.
9. Show compassion.
10. Offer hope to those in need, as she did to Naaman.
11. Develop emotional and spiritual maturity.

She encouraged all young ladies present to emulate this unnamed heroine—an ordinary girl who made an extraordinary impact through faith, character, and courage.

Apostle Isaac Amartey Anim Reinforces Message of Divine Testimony

The Weija Area Head, Apostle Isaac Amartey Anim, expounded further on the narrative in 2 Kings 5, reiterating the significance of Naaman’s confession in verse 15.

He called on young women to live lives that lead others to testify of the power and sovereignty of God. He urged them to become instruments through whom God reveals His glory to the world.

Pastor Pascal Asiedu Shares Four Foundational Questions of Life

The Area Youth Pastor, Pastor Pascal Asiedu, delivered a transformational talk centered on four essential questions of life:

1. Who am I?
From 1 Peter 2:9 and John 1:12, he reminded the ladies of their royal identity in Christ—chosen, renewed, and set apart.

2. Where do I come from?
Using Psalm 100:3, he taught that true heritage is divine, not tribal or ethnic. “We are God’s own people,” he said.

3. What am I here for?
From Jeremiah 1:5, he stressed that purpose defines lifestyle. Every young lady must live intentionally according to God’s plan for her life.

4. Where am I going?

Speaking on eternal inheritance, he referenced Matthew 7:6, urging the Virtuous Ladies to measure their words and actions in light of eternity.

Vision Casting for Every Virtuous Lady in the Area

Deaconess Linda Mante, Coordinating team member of Virtuous Ladies, Weija Area outlined a five-year vision casting for every Virtuous Lady in the Weija Area.

The goal is to equip, empower, and establish every Virtuous Lady to thrive in all areas of life.

The six key areas of focus include spiritual growth, purpose and calling, character and relationships, academic and professional excellence, financial empowerment and planning, and holistic living.

To achieve this vision, a one-day seminar is planned where participants will be inspired, taught, and guided to embrace the five-year vision.

The seminar will include speakers, facilitators, and mentors sharing on various topics, and a hands-on planning session where participants will develop their own personal five-year plan.

Deaconess Mante also outlined some Virtuous Ladies programmes for 2025/2026  aimed at equipping women to achieve their full potential spiritually, physically, emotionally, intellectually, and socially.

The programmes include:
– Online monthly marriage and relationship talks
– Campus visitations
– Weekly online activities
– Virtuous Ladies in Worship
– Time with Area Head and Pastorate prayer marathon
– Virtuous Ladies Love & Choices Conference
– Skills Training Workshop
– Virtuous Ladies Arise Camp Meeting
– Career & Vocational Seminar
– Bridging the Generations seminar

A Spirit-Filled Night of Worship, Ministry, and Celebration

The programme, moderated by Deaconesses Linda Mante and Linda Opoku Boahene, flowed seamlessly with worship led by the Open Heavens Choir, powerful prayers, a choreography presentation by Gospel Impact Theatre, and inspiring goodwill messages.

A Call to Purpose

With the closing prayer by Mrs. Joyce Amartey and benediction by Apostle Anim, the programme ended on a high spiritual note.

Organizers described the event as a milestone for the Weija Area Women’s Ministry, marking the beginning of a renewed movement to empower young women to become vessels of influence in the church, community, and beyond.

The Virtuous Ladies exited the auditorium charged, inspired, and truly unleashed for impact.
