Gospel music minister Perez Musik has officially released his powerful new single, “Oshe,” featuring Rev. PJ Markwei — a deeply moving anthem that breathes hope into life’s most difficult seasons.

The song opens with a commanding blast of the shofar, instantly establishing a prophetic and sacred atmosphere.

This is followed by a stirring poetic introduction from Rev. PJ Markwei, drawing listeners into a space of reverence and holy expectation.

Sung beautifully in the Ga language, Perez Musik once again demonstrates his artistry and spiritual depth, delivering a performance that is as culturally resonant as it is soul-stirring.

“Oshe,” meaning “Rejoice” in Ga, carries a message centred on God’s power to transform hopeless situations into radiant testimonies of joy.

The chorus anchors this theme with a bold declaration: “Rejoice, for today, the barren has given birth to twins” — imagery that speaks directly to divine intervention and miraculous turnaround, affirming an unwavering faith in God’s power.

At its heart, “Oshe” is a song of encouragement — especially for individuals and families navigating the pain of childbirth struggles and life’s deeper complications. It is a call to hold on, even when hope feels distant.

On the inspiration behind the song, Perez Musik shared: “After witnessing family members suffer such plights and seeing the effect it can have on homes, it only takes the grace of God to survive. Especially in our African society, issues surrounding childbirth and pregnancy complications are not a joke. I will encourage people to be more supportive rather than stereotypical.”

With “Oshe,” Perez Musik delivers far more than a musical experience — he opens a vital conversation around empathy, faith, and the power of community. The song stands as both a spiritual declaration and a tender source of comfort for all who need it.

“Oshe” is now available on all major streaming platforms.
